Google Chrome is one of the biggest consumers of RAM, in devices where it is installed, in addition to using a large amount of memory, it was recently announced that the application overloads computer storage and caches everything that is accessed. But that consumption will now reduce by 50% in its new update, according to Google, the new software update that will be version 55 will bring a new memory manager much more efficient.
