Google is testing a new feature for the Chrome which will allow users to pay more attention to how the browser uses the computer's memory.
This feature will give users information on how much memory is used by each Chrome tab. To do this, simply place the mouse cursor over a tab, thus creating the memory that is used by the browser to keep the information open on that website.

This solution will certainly not be ideal for all users, especially those looking for more specific information. However, it will be a way for users to know which tabs they can close if they experience a PC slowdown.
Note that this option is being tested in the Canary version of Chrome, so it is not yet known when it will be made available in the version of the browser available to all users.
