A Google released a new update for Chrome that will make it easier to use the browser on tablets. A sign that the company is committed to improving the user experience before launching its Pixel Tablets, planned for 2023.
How does the website count? The Verge, the update introduces a series of new features in navigation, especially in the way it is possible to switch between different tabs. Users will also be able to drag images, text and 'links' when they have a split screen with two Chrome pages open.

The update started rolling out to a small number of users last week, but as with this type of software release, it will roll out to the vast majority over the next few days.
