To celebrate the safe internet day, 10 February, Google has decided to give a gift to its users who follow the basic rules to protect the Google account.
It is important for Google that users take care of security since the same password gives access to all company services (I think we all lose count of how many they are).
To encourage users, Google is making available 2GB free storage for those completing a security check until February 17. The security check involves simple steps like:
- Check your email backup,
- Check the phone number
- Check the security question
In addition, you are given the chance to check the latest logins and review a list of applications and services that have access to your Google account.
