With the aim of promoting entrepreneurship and fostering collaborative innovation between startups in Lubango, Huíla province, the National Institute for Support to Small and Medium Enterprises (INAPEM) and the Huawei signed a cooperation protocol to lay the foundations for implementing a pilot project in the territory,

From what was revealed, the Chinese telecommunications multinational will provide solutions and services to the incubator INAPEM in that province, in order to find innovative ideas and solutions coming from young people and perhaps, boost the local economy.

The agreement signed on the occasion by INAPEM's PCA, João Nkosi and Huawei's Manager in Angola, Hou Quiang, thus marks a mutual commitment and represents another important step in the consolidation of bilateral relations between Angola and the Asian giant.
