On November 29 a IIDEA promoted a workshop, inserted in a set of events called “Business Outdoor”.
The first Business Outdoor was about "Models of Artificial Intelligence in Support of Financial and Fiscal Management", And took place during the 16:00 pm to 19:00 pm (29/11) at the Miami Beach restaurant (Island of Luanda).

Artificial Intelligence in Support of Financial and Fiscal Management
The theme was shared by 2 speakers: Nuno Veiga - Banco BAI and Pedro Santos, moderated by Joaquim Dombaxe. The speakers made an introduction to the concept of Artificial Intelligence, how banking in Angola has taken steps towards the digital revolution and how AGT defined its operating model to interact with taxpayers.
The second part of the event was reserved for Alexandre Gonçalves (Administrative and Financial Director at Mountain Stability). The speaker showed some good practices for financial management of companies and shared the software that his company has used in 3 continents, thus facilitating various tax calculation.
In order to finalize the informal working session, the participants had more details on the planned changes to the National Fiscal System, Wilson Donge (AGT) was responsible for showing the rationale for the change in the type of taxation, also clarified the changes to the IT systems that large taxpayers will have to make to meet the AGT specifications because of the implementation of the Tax on Value Added (VAT).
Carlos Ambrósio, one of the leaders of IIDEA, promised to bring similar events to promote sharing of knowledge related to technology and beyond.
