If you lose your phone you can open the lock by locking the lock with a pattern similar to the Morse code. As for the battery, it can last for more than a year with a CR3032 battery.

The project is raising funds in the Kickstarter and anyone can order for 59 USD. At the moment the project got 76 Thousand USD of 100 thousand predicted, and 29 days are still missing to finish the campaign.
