UNITEL and the Support Institute for Micro-Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (INAPEM) expressed interest in strengthening the partnership between the two institutions, in order to support Angolan incubators.
This interest arose in a meeting between the two parties, at the premises of the Unitel Go Incubator, and which aimed to reinforce the partnership protocol signed between the two institutions, focusing on boosting incubators, as a way of giving substance to entrepreneurial initiatives with low budgetary cost.
For Bráulio Augusto, Executive Director of INAPEM, present at the visit, he informed the programs in which INAPEM is working at the moment, also reiterating that he would like to count on Unitel's support in this regard.
BUT: INAPEM defends empowerment of startups in Angola
Incubadora Unitel Go is an incubator of innovative projects, with the aim of helping Angolan citizens with entrepreneurial ideas and intending to create digital companies. The physical structure, which is installed in Unitel's headquarters building, in the urban district of Maianga, in the municipality of Luanda, has the capacity to accommodate 33 people simultaneously, who will be able to use their laptops to transform their ideas into business opportunities or creation companies.
Currently, the incubator has 16 Startups in the technology sector and several projects in the segment in an embryonic phase.
