It is known that the time spent on social networks has been increasing with the adhesion they are having, and where users simply feel a greater appeal and seek access to more and more content that is being published by their contacts.

Instagram's new feature will be called Take a Break, and as the name says , this feature is intended alert the user to pause using the social network.
