O Instagram is considering giving its users the ability to share Stories with specific groups of friends.
The idea was shared by the person responsible for the social network, Adam Mosseri, who said that his team began testing the creation of lists with different groups of followers. It is yet to be confirmed how these lists will work, but given the existence of the Close Friends list, it is possible that adding and removing people will be done in a similar way.
"This allows you to share Stories with smaller groups and gives you more control over who can see your Stories. As someone who often uses Close Friends, I'm really excited about being able to create additional lists for the people in my life", said Mosseri according to the website Engadget.
BUT: Instagram will receive Artificial Intelligence features
However, it is not yet known when Instagram will launch the ability to create additional friends lists.
