Angolan inventors and creators of the ICT area can now benefit from a microcredit line

Angolan software developers can now request credits of up to seven million kwanzas for entrepreneurship projects in the area of ​​information and communication technologies (ICT), according to the official statement from the Fundo Activo de Capital de Risco Angolano (FACRA), in which MenosFios had access.

According to the document, the monetary amounts are provided by FACRA, which also chooses the sectors of activity that can benefit from the microcredit line, and where the lines of choice for funding are education, health, video game management software, logistics and distribution, virtual stores, among others.

The same public institution also informs that other areas of action are also eligible for credits, such as products and services in the agribusiness chain (seeds, seedlings, fruit pulp, honey, artisanal processing of palm oil and artisanal fishing activity.

The areas of cultural and artistic production (theatre, dance, music, various arts, audio visual, court and coastal, among others) can also be contemplated in the microcredit line, as well as in the solid urban waste recycling sector (bottles, bags and miscellaneous packaging, paper, cardboard, cellulose derivatives, glass, cans, iron, aluminum, rubber, cooking oil, among others).
