The Regulatory Institute for Electricity and Water Services (IRSEA) will start to use a management software called KPI's, with a view to maximizing and improving electricity and water services in Angola.

Second Adérito Manico (Head of department of technical supervision and quality of electricity service), the respective project is expected more monitoring and supervision of the activities of the electricity sector, focusing on a higher quality of services provided by companies in the sector.

O this project will also serve to measure the performance of each organization and compare the results obtained with those planned, aiming at maximizing the improvement of services in the areas of finance, number of service, response time to complaints, efficiency, among others. According to Adérito Manico, the program will have an automated system that will allow employees to capture, inform and share information in an agile and transparent way.

The IRSEA's mission is to regulate the activity of production, transportation, distribution, sale and use of electricity in the Public Electric System, as well as the activity of capturing, treating, transporting and distributing water and collecting, treating and discharging water residuals.
