If you are a person who often receives a lot of voice messages on WhatsApp – better known as audios – you probably won’t always have the opportunity to listen to them, which means you’ll have to save them for later.
Fortunately, WhatsApp has a way to transcribe these audios into text, giving you an idea of the topic covered in the voice message.
BUT: Third blue tick on WhatsApp? Find out everything now
However, to make use of this feature, you must first activate it directly in the settings and, if you haven't already done so, we'll tell you how to do it below:
- Open the WhatsApp application;
- Press the three dots icon at the top right corner;
- Go to Settings;
- Contact Conversations;
- Activates the Voicemail Transcriptions;
- Choose the language in which messages should be transcribed.
Once you have completed these steps, you can go to any voice message, press and hold it for a few moments and go to the icon in the upper right corner to see the option to transcribe.
