Jay-Z, also known as JiggaMan and now, will we call it JiggaSam?

Business is business and the Samsung it's not for fun. In the last event of this frantic business world involving technology companies, Rapper and entrepreneur “Jay-Z” was added, who announced yesterday that he will release his album “Magna Carta Holy Grail”On the 8th of July.

But what does this have to do with technology?

Samsung has a partnership with Rapper, which will offer 1 million copies of their new album, through an application. That application will be available on June 24, and according to the description, the app promises a “unprecedented look into the album", with "personal stories and inspiration.”However, the album will be made available on July 4th, the United States' independence day ... with a South Korean gift.

The agreement between Rapper and Samsung is 20 million dollars. In Angola, who had a similar agreement (not in terms of values, of course) was the singer "Anselmo Ralph" who launched a line of customized Samsung mobile phones, exclusive to Unitel. In fact, he is one of the faces that Samsung chose to combine with its image in Angola. It worked!

Let's go to the less good news, the smartphones that will receive Jay-Z's album will be:

  • Galaxy SIII
  • Galaxy S 4
  • Galaxy Note II

Those who do not have these top phones, can even download the application, but the album… none of this.

It seems that now the number of Rappers in Angola will rise exponentially! More details about the partnership can be seen in the video below.
