It's barely out yet and Call of Duty Advanced Warfare has already created some controversy. After months and months of waiting the players were finally able to a few days ago, as you would expect, comparisons between the various versions of the game for the various platforms on which it was launched soon began. If the console owners of the last generation were very happy, the players of the new generation consoles and the PC players found in the graphic differences reasons for discontent and joy.
There are many videos that have been released in recent days to demonstrate the graphic difference between the versions of PS3 / Xbox 360 / PS4 / Xbox One / PC of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare but the best is perhaps the one produced by IGN. In this video you can easily see, without any kind of judgment by the creator of the video, the graphic differences between the various versions.
First of all you can notice an impressive graphical quality in the consoles of the old generation, that is to say Xbox 360 and PS3, something that can only leave satisfied its players. Despite the advanced age of these consoles the graphic quality is not immensely smaller than that of the new generations thus giving reason to those who still prefer to remain in their console and expect that the new ones are more developed.
When it comes to PS4 and Xbox One, the graphics quality is very similar, but the Xbox One version nevertheless looks better due to what seems to be the non-use of a paler image filter that removes the image some realism. The PC version has better graphics, however, the difference between the PC version and the Xbox One and PS4 versions was expected to be greater. The truth is that it is necessary to look more closely and multiple times at the multiple versions to note that in certain details the PC version is better, even though it may use extremely more powerful hardware, the graphics in this version are only slightly better than those of the consoles. This incidentally has been a trend that is increasingly present in the releases of major titles lately. Is the Ubisoft excuse true?
