Recently the Sports Interactive raised the veil over this year's edition of its most famous game, the Football Manager. In addition to revealing that the game will be released within a month, he made a 27-minute video with a summary of the main novelties of this year such as the change in the game's design, the greatest detail in the player satisfaction model and the addition of the flash interviews before and after games.
That's right, 27 minutes of conversation just to explain without going into great details about the main novelties, ie it is assumed that many other novelties were not revealed, as it is mentioned in the video, we are supposed to discover the novelties for ourselves while playing the game.

- The first change to be noted is the change location of function bar. Now the function bar will be on the left side thus releasing space on the screen to enter other details. Now each screen will bring more information in more detail.
- When creating a coach profile, you can choose your football background, as you could before, in addition to being able to choose which level of training if you have as a trainer. Although it is not explained what this means is supposed to mean that you can be fired for losing control of the resort.
- As in Fifa Manager it is now possible talk to players during the game, shouting to them words of criticism, praise or motivation as it is done in the interval for example, not having to wait for the half time to criticize a player or being able to correct a position of disinterest by the departure of a player.
- The media has also undergone changes, in addition to being much more reactive with what is happening in your history as a coach, is also divided between the sports press and the press of tabloid. In addition, games that are broadcast on television may have flash interviews before or after the game as it does in real life.
- The game graphics were also changed, although one can question whether for better or worse. If on the one hand the movements of players, especially the goalkeeper, should be much more realistic on the other hand from what was seen in the video players are less like real people than in FM14. Maybe it's a matter of getting used to it, but the players are sometimes more like inflatable dolls. In spite of this the filters of light and the form that this is reflected in the players depending on the atmospheric conditions should give a greater sense of realism.
- Players will have, in addition to new functions that they may have on the field, new favorite moves as the goalkeeper likes to try to start the counter attack with long passes or the spearhead like to stay inside the area and not get out much of it.
- Since the financial fair play is such an important topic in recent times it has been introduced in more detail in the game, although it is not well explained how it will be different from what we had previously.
