Young Angolans should avoid exposure to nudity in social networks, mainly from the female fringe, as this can encourage kidnapping and human trafficking, according to sociologist André Celestino.

The academic who spoke in an interview with ANGOP, within the scope of the world social media day celebrated last Friday (30), discouraged the spread of immorality on social media, which only causes deviations in social coexistence.

In his speech, the specialist spoke about the need for users of social networks to pay more attention to the false profiles of people with social protagonism, created in these technological tools, with the aim of promoting scams, through promises of jobs.

Still on this path, the computer engineer, João Vasconcelos, advises citizens to use social networks to share knowledge for self-professionalization, as well as to promote business.

He also defended the creation of tools to regulate the use of social networks, to combat the phenomena of "fake news", scams and excessive relationships that affect a vulnerable group of people.

The jurist Agostinho Machado appealed to people to remain vigilant when exposing “harmful” images and content that affect people's private lives, under penalty of committing crimes against honor, injury and slander, punishable under Angolan legislation.

"The publication of images of people without their consent may constitute a crime against human dignity.", remembered.

He regretted that these crimes are recurrent in Angolan society, discouraging such practices.
