Although last year's notebooks have received severe complaints, Apple is still highly regarded for the support it offers its consumers, as well as the warranty options, which according to the ranking are unmatched by any other brand.
The ranking is based on five criteria, the score obtained in the analysis of each company's products: design, support, innovation, price, options and guarantee.
In total, ten companies are cited in the ranking. Samsung appears only in ninth place and in last position is the Microsoft. Although the company is known for its operating system, the Windows, it produces little in the way of hardware.
