Microsoft cloud services experienced instability on Wednesday (29), affecting platforms such as Azure, Teams, Outlook and Copilot, integrated into the Microsoft 365 suite.

During the late afternoon, several users reported access difficulties and slow speeds. The company later reported that it had already identified the source of the problem and implemented recovery measures. The outages also affected other products linked to the brand, such as Xbox and Minecraft, according to the portal that monitors online service interruptions.

The incident comes nine days after a large-scale outage at Amazon Web Services (AWS), which caused global instability across numerous websites and applications.

According to Microsoft, difficulties with Microsoft 365 caused authentication failures, slow performance, and even complete unavailability of some tools. After restoring a previous configuration, the company says the situation is gradually returning to normal.
