A Microsoft announced that Paint 3D, a version released in 2017 that was supposed to replace the original Paint at some point, will be removed from the company's official store by the end of the year.
"Paint 3D is obsolete and will be removed from the Microsoft Store on November 4, 2024", can be read in the official note left by the Redmond technology company.

It is worth remembering that Paint has been the target of several updates from Microsoft, even receiving some of the features of Paint 3D.
