The civil society of province of Cabinda is advised to pay special attention to cyber crimes committed throughout that territory, as the region is the epicenter of this type of crime in the country.

This appeal came from the current Minister of the Interior, Eugénio César Laborinho, at the provincial inauguration of the headquarters of the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC), where he left considerations for that institution about what should be done to combat cyber crimes with greater rigor, attention and professionalism.
"Special attention should be paid to cyber crimes, as the Province of Cabinda is the epicenter of perpetrators of this type of crime, who resort to false profiles and other fraudulent means to commit scams, blackmail and other illicit acts."
