Weres Avelino considered that in almost all the posts in Chipera there is no network and when they want to make calls, receive or send messages they have to travel to other regions.

He said that, despite being an administrative post without a network, there are credit merchants, which makes it easier for them to some extent, as Chipera is far from almost everything.
