Despite being vital to generating innovation and growth, according to some estimates, more than 90% of startups go bankrupt in the first year. With that in mind, Vodacom has just launched the PUXAP, a program to accelerate innovative technological and digital businesses with the potential to grow in the Mozambican market.

According to the official note of the event, the focus of the program will be the promotion of young digital entrepreneurship and innovative technological solutions focused on the Mozambican context. This is a new offer from Vodacom, which intends to be disruptive and transform businesses that already have a prototype into products or services that fill the market's great lack of local solutions.

BUT: Mozambique: The winning companies of the competition “ACCELERATE YOUR BUSINESS” announced

The contest is open to all young people aged between 18 and 35, provided they are Mozambicans or foreigners residing in Mozambique and have a DIRE, as well as having a technological and digital business with a prototype to test.

The accelerator program will have a wide range of benefits, namely training in management and business development, study support, business counseling sessions based on your startup, masterclasses, access to technical mentors from Vodacom, legal advice and networking

Applications are open until the 03rd of April, where you can submit your project by clicking on here.
