[Angola] NetOne charges "balúrdios" for the YahClick Kit!

9295

A few days ago, we talked MenosFios about the service entrance YahClick in the Angolan market, the multinational YahSat, as being a new internet provider, which would bring more competition to the Angolan and blahbláblá market. This global internet giant has partnered with NetOne and SIstec to offer a quality service with "competitive prices compared to the values practiced in Angola".

Those who watched the advertisement on TV were certainly dazzled and mouth watering, so that they would soon reach the 15Mb / s internet. What we did not imagine is how much this game would cost the suffering pocket of Angolan consumers!

The VSAT Kit

This Kit consists of an outdoor antenna and an indoor modem. It is the material necessary for the YahClick signal to reach our homes. And to the displeasure of many, this “beautiful” Kit costs approximately 64.000 Kz. Liked? Have more…

Instalação

After paying for the VSAT Kit, the installation comes. This may take up to 10 working days to be executed and according to information not yet official, it costs no less than 77.000 Kz, totaling 141.000 Kz so far. If you think little, there's still more ...

Internet Plans

Below is the price list for the YahClick service, NetOne.

To know the final price, simply add the value of your preferred plan to the 141.000 kz already accounted for.

Conclusion

For the simple mortals (like me) who have been fantasizing about YahClick, they can take the horse out of the rain. For the price "pulled" this service becomes almost exclusive for companies and look there! Because the TV Cabo for example, offers in my view the best internet service in the Angolan market, it is still the preferred business and the price is much lower.

An interesting advantage is that this technology allows the arrival of the internet to the most remote places, mountains, reliefs, desert, forest and rural areas, as well as a better performance, greater satellite coverage and out there.

But one thing is certain, YahClick will not be very popular in Angola.

And you, reader friend? How do you like YahClick? Write a comment giving your contribution on the topic.

    • Absolutely!!! And I hope that they will gain judgment and that they will very quickly reduce these fortunes they want (are) to collect. It is enough that everyone refuses to be robbed so shamelessly and they will be forced to cut prices - otherwise they will go bankrupt. Now it is explained why NetOne does not have equipment and installation prices on its website. They are totally absurd prices !!! This should be the most expensive internet in the world. I am told that it is INACOM that sets the price lists for telecommunications in Angola; how did you let such a scandal pass !?

      • AWS, I think that INACOM only controls the price of the tariffs (monthly fee), regarding the price of the equipment and its installation, I think it depends on the provider and this is the reason for the high price. Am I right?

        • mauro.yange, I think you're right. I do not think that INACOM is responsible for controlling the prices of equipment and installation. In the meantime, I went to a NetOne counter and was informed that the complete package for homes (dish, router and installation) is 146.900 Kz and not 141.000 Kz! Oh, and then the refills are still missing ;-D

  1. Prices are very high in my perspective. I do not know if through these instruments the internet will be stronger, the signal will be very stable, reliable, and that to see a video or a game live it will be as if it were on television, or nothing like that. I need much more clarification. Write to me on my email.

    • Friend Angelino Felipe, for more information go to a NetOne counter or call NetOne Customer Support, the number is 226 450 450.

Then tell us how it went ...

    • The failures of this service are similar to the failures that exist in the satellite TV service ... when it rains a lot, it just doesn't work, when it stops raining, it goes back to work.

  2. They seek to do better than Movicel and unitel both in prices and in speed and signal strength.

    • I called NetOne's customer service and the attendant informed that in the Yahclick plans, when the monthly consumption limit is reached, the connection speed drops by 50%, but on the website it does not specify any of this (will it be ???). If this news is true it may be a good alternative for the business environment. (competitor tvcabo drops to 128kbps)

      • As far as I know, this is a characteristic of WiiMax (NetOne's normal service), I don't know if with YahClick the same thing happens, but it is quite possible that it does…

  3. What total nonsense, outrageous prices for those amounts that at least practiced unlimited traffic plans (plans) ...

  4. wow, I feel sorry for myself.
I was doing publicity here in the band… .. Epá is life, with all this money I could buy an i5 PC.
I will continue with the best internet in angola: “TV CABO”.

  5. NetOne is taking a step higher than the leg, for sure, they will not have a strong presence in the Angolan market. a few zeros 10 Mbyte cost 32000 Kz, 320 USD, 240 Euros? Angola is justified in particular Luanda is the most expensive city in the world.

  6. Guilty is our government that does not stipulate fixed prices, each one makes the price he sees fit.

  7. … On top of that, they continue with outrageous prices and limited traffic.
wake up mwangolê people and complain… use social networks to echo the voice / voice !.
