Recently there have been new rumors on the Internet, indicating that Sony will be preparing a new version of Playstation 4, only more powerful. In this new version, in addition to some improvements, the console would be able to play games with the resolution of 4K.
According to the same rumors, the name of the new console will be Playstation 4K (PS 4.5), and everything indicates that it will reach the market in late 2016, costing nothing less than 400 USD.
According to the Vice President of Sony, the company does not rule out any possibility of launching a new version of Playstation, but this could cause some dissatisfaction for those who already have the Playstation 4. But the big question that remains on the air is: Those who have already bought PS4, how would they be? Would they get a discount to buy the new console?
These questions can only be answered when we get full confirmation that the new version will be released.
Another interesting fact is that Sony already has several studios working on games designed for the added power of this PlayStation 4.5. Apparently a studio that already has a long history with Sony is working on a great intellectual property that will show the potential of this new model of the console.
