After Google released a search engine specifically for kids, the company seems to care a lot about the way young people use technology. At present many parents are concerned as children use smartphones, to help in the process, Google decided to give a solution.

The new application that is in the Play Store, called "Family Link", allows parents to create a Google account for their children and control which apps they can use and how long they use it.

To do this, your child's device must have:

  • Smartphone with Android 7.0 Nougat or a more advanced version;
  • Parents need to download the Family Link for your own devices and create an account for your child.
  • A later, the Father needs to register his son with the account that he created for him.

Once you have fulfilled these all steps, parents can determine what types of applications your children can install on their devices. So when your child is about to download a new application, the attendee will receive a notification, approve or deny that the child downloads it.

Do you find this app a good choice?
