New Canon flash picks the best direction to point

To take a good photo, good lighting is required (most of the time). To ensure that lighting is not an issue, Canon has decided to launch a flash that can automatically determine the “best” spot to release the light.

Once you have submitted your latest top of the range, to EOS C200, the new flash is an interesting idea. But there are some limitations, on the one hand, if the user lets the flash choose a point and then change the location to change the angle of the photo, the user must perform the entire process again or else the light will focus in the wrong direction.

Not less important:

For non-professionals, there is something called “semi-automatic”, which allows the photographer to choose any angle he wants to aim the flash, lock it and, each time he double-clicks the shutter button, the flash will return to that angle.

All this extra technology does not increase the price too much, and can still be used as a normal flash if you wish. (However, a word of warning, there is no radio transmitter on 470EX-AI.) Regardless, it's a cross-cutting idea from Canon, and photo enthusiasts are bound to take advantage of it.
