It is already confirmed that the Apple's new smartphone to be unveiled tomorrow on 12's September 2017. Before it was just a rumor that Apple would release the iPhone X to commemorate the 10 years the model completed in the market, but it looks like it will really come out.
According to a leak of the company's latest mobile operating system on Saturday, the three new phones expected will be called iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X.
Applications and games developer Steven Troughton discovered the names in the software and tweeted about it on Saturday.
O iPhone 8 and the iPhone 8 Plus will be successors of the current models of the iPhone, while the iPhone X will be the version premium with a brand new design, sharper OLED screen, improved cameras and an 3D face recognition scanner to unlock the device.
With that, it appears that Apple decided not to use the “s” seen in previous generations. Without an “iPhone 7s”, we can expect that all devices will undergo some modification in its design.
