Apple users will be able to start marking out calendar invitations as spam

Now the users of the Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), have a new feature for the calendar, which is still available on the iCloud app web. It has the possibility to easily report an invitation as spam.

If someone in your circle sends you an invitation, the option will not even appear; when receiving from a stranger and mark as spam, an alert will appear for the user to confirm the action, to warn that the event will be deleted from your calendar.

The new feature is expected to be implemented in the calendar application for all Apple devices as soon as the company releases new versions of the operating systems for iOS 10.2 and MacOS 10.12.2, which is expected to be released soon.

In November of this year, some Apple users reported that the calendar for the iCloud was being invaded by Spammers and that although there were ways to get round the problem, there was no simple way to get rid of these invitations for good. For this reason Apple decided to react quickly to solve this problem.
