ASmart Africa Alliance is an international non-governmental organization, made up of African countries that adhere to its manifesto of October 29, 2013, by the African Union, Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), African Development Bank (AfDB ), World Bank (WB), International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and the private sector.
