For two days, African parliamentarians and experts discussed the challenges and opportunities of technology, advocating for the creation of policies and laws that ensure its responsible use. The Angolan delegation actively participated in the proceedings.

The body's president, Fortune Charumbira, stressed that "parliamentary leadership must translate into practical, measurable, and sustainable actions," advocating for the production of a joint statement by the presidents and the introduction of peer review mechanisms.
