Pay4All and the Angolan Scout Association (AEA) have established a strategic partnership combining technology and education to promote financial literacy and inclusion among young people. The agreement, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding, aims to bring accessible digital solutions to Scouting activities, reaching thousands of members across the country.
At the heart of this initiative is É-Kwanza, a mobile payments platform developed by Pay4All, which will be used as a practical financial education tool. Using a simple *402# code, users can create an account on any type of mobile phone, whether smartphone or traditional device, and begin making payments, transfers, or withdrawals without the need for a formal bank account. This inclusive model, based on mobile technology, allows financial education to be experienced in practice, even in contexts where access to the internet or banking services is limited.
For Pay4All CEO Nuno Veiga, this collaboration represents an important step in democratizing access to digital financial services. "We believe that financial inclusion starts with education and access. This partnership with the Angolan Scout Association allows us to bring digital solutions directly to communities, empowering young people to interact with the financial system autonomously and responsibly," he stated.
With this initiative, Pay4All reinforces its position as a fintech with social impact, demonstrating that technological innovation can be applied not only to consumption, but also to the civic and economic development of new generations.
