Twitter made it easier to search for a user's specific tweets by your app. Previously, the search tool could be adjusted manually if you wanted to filter tweets for a particular person, but Twitter added a button that makes the option easier to access.

The button was discovered by 'social media' consultant Matt Navarra, who said last month that the feature was appearing for a small number of users. However, it appears that this small test is limited to users with the iOS version of the app.

The idea is to give users an easier way to search for specific 'tweets' or articles shared by certain pages. Given the usefulness of this button, it's easy to assume that it will make it to the final version of Twitter, including the Android app.

BUT: New Twitter feature allows you to “remove without blocking” a follower

On a related note, Twitter is expanding to Spaces' potential audience (Spaces), so it's opening up live audio chats to anyone — even those who prefer not to subscribe to the platform.

Now hosts and listeners can send anyone a direct link to an audio stream from the Spaces, and those without Twitter accounts can follow without any hindrance. These people will not be able to participate in the conversation, but it is still a possibility to expand the audience of audio conferences.

As not everyone can participate in live broadcasts, Twitter has also released the ability to record audio from Spaces for a limited number of hosts on iOS. When recording their sessions, facilitators will have 30 days to share the audio.
