The technological platform for certification of companies will allow the National Institute of Support for Small and Medium Enterprises (INAPEM) reduce, from 30 days to 72 hours, the average period for attributing the certificate to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
This information was revealed at the official launch of the technological tool called Company Certification Platform, whose main objective is to provide greater dynamism in the certification process for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), via remote access.
It is expected that through this technological instrument, businessmen and entrepreneurs from the country's 18 provinces will be able to submit the required documentation, in PDF format (preferably), to the portal, follow the process, interact and within a period of three days it will be issued the certificate.
Due to the technological modernity of the portal, it is interconnected with the General Tax Administration (AGT) system to assess the taxpayer's condition.
The certificate is characterized as safer than the previous one, taking into account that it has the QR code, geolocation, among other security mechanisms.

According to the Head of the Department of Studies and Statistics at INAPEM, Cláudio Silva, the technological platform thus fulfills one of the aims of the Angolan Executive, which involves modernizing and simplifying administrative procedures in public services.
As for security, the person in charge emphasized the security aspects of the certificate and its legitimacy, through the QR code, as it is an easy mechanism to verify the veracity of the document.
Cláudio Silva believes that with this new instrument, INAPEM will be able to expand the certification of companies, via remote, eliminating the constraint of the MSME manager, to travel to the capital, Luanda, to access the referred document.
With this, explains the Head of the Department of Studies and Statistics, micro, small and medium-sized companies will be able to enjoy the advantages of the INAPEM certificate and be part of the MSME ecosystem.
