According to the Port administrator for the Commercial Area, Miguel Pipa, with these new information technologies, the scheduling process that used to last 5 days, now only takes 24 hours, highlighting these means of technological solution in streamlining port processes, allowing greater ease access to services, quickly and safely.

"We present two new products. The first is the payment portal, which means that all our customers, economic agents that interact with the Port of Luanda, do not need to come to our facilities to pay for their commercial transactions.”, he informed.
