Microsoft has a project that involves training young talent in Africa. This project was dubbed “MySkills4Afrika”, according to the official description:
Microsoft employees from around the world donate their time, talent and considerable experience to help build a successful and dynamic future for Africa. Launched in late 2013, participants will support a wide range of individuals and organizations across the continent, ranging from business creation, small and medium-sized businesses to schools, universities, government agencies and individuals, such as students, graduates, and job seekers.
The MySkills4Afrika goal is building world-class skills and increasing innovation and access to affordable technology on the African continent.
Volunteer assignments range from intensive one to two week in-person training, to distance learning and mentoring, in a long-term commitment.

The two Microsoft technicians are already in Angola and during this week was scheduled a free course of mobile application development in Microsoft Azure. See details.
