
An agricultural irrigation system, supplying electricity and drinking water to rural communities from an innovative mini-hydro plant, which works through a solar panel, was the big winner of the 2nd edition of the Technological Innovation Fair (FIT) of Uíge.
In second place was the application for promoting tourism in the country Dalta Zona, while the television project for showing national history in cartoons occupied the third position.
Among the technological projects presented by the students, technological solutions in the areas of education, health, management of the Civil Protection and Fire Service, water control, human brain, mobile telephony and other projects stand out.
BUT: Uíge Technological Center creates applications to fight cyber attacks
Of the first eight classified, only three platforms won the contest, classification that will allow the participation, in September of this year, in Luanda, in the national contest.
Those classified received participation diplomas, mobile phones, computers, Zap kits and other electronic equipment.
The contest was an initiative of the Technological Center of Uíge (CFTU), in collaboration with the Association of Young Volunteers Entrepreneurs of Computer Engineering (AJVEEI), had the participation of 25 competitors.
