A survey by the redeapp, shows in numbers what social networks do with their users.

What can we highlight?

  1.  28% of day is spent on interruptions and task recovery time. That is, 2 hours a day (corporate) users pass through the social network and stop doing a task of their respective jobs.
  2. Employees stop once every 10,5 minutes to verify information on social networks.

Who dominates the interruptions, twitter or facebook?

We can see in the image above that the Facebook has 1 billionof publications, an average of 700 thousand messages per second!

Let's take some interesting data, the average time spent by facebook users is around 7 hours per month (remembering, when they should have been working)

As to Twitter, 400 million tweets are sent daily. The average time users spend on twitter is 3 hours.

We can not forget the emails, 112 is the average of messages which workers exchange during the day. The number of emails circulating on the Internet reaches 62 bilhõeson average daily.
