Well, at least the Americans already have the answer to that question.
A survey by the redeapp, shows in numbers what social networks do with their users.
What can we highlight?
- 28% of day is spent on interruptions and task recovery time. That is, 2 hours a day (corporate) users pass through the social network and stop doing a task of their respective jobs.
- Employees stop once every 10,5 minutes to verify information on social networks.
Who dominates the interruptions, twitter or facebook?
We can see in the image above that the Facebook has 1 billionof publications, an average of 700 thousand messages per second!
Let's take some interesting data, the average time spent by facebook users is around 7 hours per month (remembering, when they should have been working)
As to Twitter, 400 million tweets are sent daily. The average time users spend on twitter is 3 hours.
We can not forget the emails, 112 is the average of messages which workers exchange during the day. The number of emails circulating on the Internet reaches 62 bilhõeson average daily.
