A report shared by Counterpoint Research, with data for April, points out that the iPhone 13 was the best-selling mobile phone this month globally – representing 5,5% of total sales in the mobile device market.

the same report notes that Apple managed to have the first four places in this 'ranking' of best-selling mobile phones in April. Right after the iPhone 13 we have the iPhone 13 Pro Max with 3,4% of total sales, followed by the iPhone 13 Pro with 1,8% and the iPhone 12 with 1,6%.

BUT: These are the smartphones that dominate the world market

In 5th and 6th places we also find the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G (1,5%) and the Galaxy A13 (1,4%) by Samsung, followed by the iPhone SE from 2022 (1,4%). The last three places on the list are occupied by the Samsung Galaxy A03 Core (1,4%), the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (1,3%) and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 LTE (1,3%).

Counterpoint Research mentions in the report that the list of best-selling mobile phones “has seen an increase in the number of 5G mobile phones”, with the functionality increasingly being considered a “standard” in high-end devices.
