Anyone from my time certainly knows Rockstar Games due to the great success of games like GTA Vice City, San Andreas and others that exist on the market, and it seems that now something new has been launched that many have already been waiting for in the gaming sector. Rockstar has released the trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, the next game in the highly successful video game franchise, a day earlier than expected.
Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until at least 2025 to play.
As indicated by a recent teaser image, viscous and various rumors, GTA VI will be set in Leonida, Rockstar's take on Florida, and largely center on Vice City, the series; replace Miami. Given that the trailer features a ton of Instagram-style live streaming, GTA VI appears to be a contemporary game, rather than a game set in the 80s like 2002 Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. However, it remains to be seen whether these broadcasts are an integral gameplay mechanic, a purely narrative tool, or just an aesthetic choice for the trailer.
It also appears that the game will have a playable female character, Lucia, for the first time in the modern incarnation of the franchise, as rumors predicted. Other highlights of the trailer include the swampy Everglades National Park in Florida, an Airboat, some wildlife and, of course, a club. strip. There are almost no details about the broader story of GTA VI, except Lucia is in prison, probably at the beginning of the game.
