A Google you are preparing some changes to the interface of the gmail, where it is expected to become more intuitive and simple to use. On Wednesday (25), the company started making available to all users the new Gmail layout.
Although the changes are not yet available to all users by default, it is now possible to manually activate the new Gmail design. The new design brings the web version closer to mobile applications, with a more friendly interface and, of course, brings new features to the package.
Among the great changes, apart from the appearance itself, it is important to display messages according to different criteria (such as the presence of attachments, for example), and now there is the possibility of reducing the size of the fonts in a way that more messages are displayed.
In this article we will explain how to activate the new design and thus benefit from the new features of it.
- Go to your Gmail account and click the settings icon.
- Click on the option "Get to know the new Gmail" .
When you activate this function, the new service design is automatically applied, a welcome message is also displayed for the platform, where you can also configure some initial settings for the Inbox.
This option is not yet available for all Gmail accounts, it is being made available gradually. If you still do not check the option in your account, wait a few more days until Google starts making it available.
