The new intelligent refrigerator can connect and control third-party devices that are part of SmartThings intelligent ecosystem, we are talking about lamps, thermostats, home video cameras and other connected systems.

As for the features that have undergone improvements in Bixby for the "Family Hub", the ability to recognize the individual voices of the different people who are using the refrigerator in the same house stands out, to provide personalized results. If a child says "Hello Bixby" it will have different results than an adult when asking the same question, according to the latest uses of the system.

The speakers can be used to play content from one of the built-in applications such as Pandora, or play content from your smartphone to the refrigerator.

The 2018 Family Hub line will be launched by May this year. Samsung has not released the prices of this new line of refrigerators. Remember that the previous version had prices around the 3.500,00 USD.
