That Samsung copied, there was no doubt, incidentally, the evidence circulates around the stores worldwide (Samsung Galaxy "Enter the version here"). In the world of technology everybody copies, I say, if they are inspired, they are based on any other creation. But there are patents. If I say (and register) that I do not want copies of the "Less Threads" logo to circulate through the large network with other names / owners, I have every right.

A Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), wanted 2,5 billions of dollars, got almost half. Samsung had also sued Apple, for infringements on 3G technology and multitasking, requiring 200 million dollars, but came out with zero!

There is no doubt about the Samsung copy sequence, but so many others copy (including Apple), it remains to be seen if we will have the same weight for all cases of the genre.
