Information is everything, and many users should not only worry about having the latest models, but also about their “life expectancy”. Apple innovates with the regular improvements of its OS (operating system), Microsoft does not have such regular releases when it comes to improvements in its OS because it focuses on financial security and fluidity of it.
Samsung is the biggest name in terms of Android (in terms of exposure and distribution) other manufacturers appear in the following places, but itself and other manufacturers seem so concerned now that they forget that the same customer who buys a product today is the same as because of poor publicity will buy the competitor's product tomorrow.
As the largest Android maker, Samsung is expected to provide users and equipment that sells the latest updates to the Google operating system, keeping these devices safe from security flaws and emerging issues.
According to a study conducted by the Dutch Consumer Group in the Netherlands 82% of the Samsung devices evaluated did not have the latest version of Android that was released during the 2 years after the purchase, something that the brand has promised to do. It was further advanced that by not complying with this rule, these devices were exposed to problems and other failures.
According to Bart Combee, director of the Dutch Consumer Group, the intent of this process is clear, to make Samsung clearer with its customers and to provide regular updates.
This is not the first time Samsung has found itself struggling with Android-related issues. It had previously been processed in China for all the bloatware (Software and additional apps) that their equipment brings.
If fashion takes as a result we will have more concern with the consumer and by better service trawling. Until now with more news.
