
Five Angolan students, winners of the last edition of the Seeds for the Future 2024, will benefit from training on telecommunications and information technologies in the People's Republic of China.
The information was revealed during the course closing ceremony and certificate presentation, where students João Caholo, Isaac Ndalo, Luriane Fernandes, Paulo Muhongo and Cleusia dos Anjos were distinguished.
Seeds for the Future is a training program run by the telecommunications multinational, Huawei, in partnership with the Angolan mobile phone company Unitel, which aims to provide university students with advanced knowledge of new technologies and develop local talent.

According to Unitel's Executive Administrator, Eliana dos Santos, since 2016 the company has developed social responsibility programs focused on applying its resources to fundamental skills, in order to generate changes in the current and future generation, ensuring digital inclusion and empowerment of young people .
Huawei's project manager, Violante Amaro, highlights the potential of young Angolans in the ICT sector.
"I was a mentor for Seeds for the Future and I can say that the 39 students were qualified for this. It was very difficult having to select just five", said.
