Although no specific explanation has been given, Google has already assumed that problems are occurring in all its services, here's the company's message:
We are aware of an issue with Gmail that is affecting a majority of users. Affected users cannot access Gmail. We will provide an update at approximately 14/12/20, 12:12 pm, with detailed information on when we hope to resolve the issue. Note that this resolution time is an estimate and can be changed.
Currently, some services are already being replaced, with some slowness, but there are moments when you can access Gmail, among other company services.
