Lenovo completes the list of companies that announced their growing financial results, plus the interesting part of the company is the division of Motorola Mobility.

Motorola first reported sales of more than 10 million units this quarter and will re-enter the Chinese market. Motorola was acquired by Lenovo for nearly 3 billion dollars, and last year doubled its sales numbers. The latest top-of-the-line phone launched by the company is Moto X (2014), commended for its design and ingenious notification system, Lenovo is expected to make more money from Motorola in a period of 4 to 6 quarters.

At present, PCs contribute 65% to company profits, mobile devices provide 24%, and the business segment brings 9% of total revenue. A year ago, PCs represented 81% of Lenovo's profits. The company sells many phones in China, but the solution to reach abroad is Motorola. Quarterly profit rose to 14,1 billion, an increase of 31% over the same period last year.

The two Lenovo smartphones had a share of about 6,6% of the market, an increase of 78%. In the tablet segment, Lenovo has a market share of 4,8% with 3,7 million units sold and an increase of 9% over last year. The growth in tablet competition was supported by the launch of Lenovo Yoga.
