According to the website TechCrunch, the document in question indicates that, on November 29th, Musk will have managed to raise around 135 million dollars from four investors (who were not named). This means that you will still have to raise 865 million dollars to reach the financing objective.

It is worth remembering that Elon Musk was one of the founders of OpenAI, responsible for ChatGPT. However, due to disagreements with other founders, Musk abandoned the project and withdrew its funding in 2018.
