The Pedro Maria Tonha “Pedale” Hospital Complex will feature state-of-the-art technology from the multinational Siemens in various departments of the hospital unit, with emphasis on the areas of radiotherapy, imaging and nuclear medicine.
The information was revealed in a presidential dispatch, which reports on a contract for the acquisition of technological equipment worth 8,2 million euros, which also includes the training of technicians, which will cost 2,1 million euros.
The procedure is through a direct adjustment, where the presidential note informs “that the urgency to ensure the continuity of work and provide better assistance and medical follow-up to users".
