Create Hyperlinks
In a workbook that contains many worksheets, as well as the data correspondence between them, you can always create interactive worksheets, containing hyperlinks that lead to worksheets, workbooks or web pages. You can do this as follows: right-click on the cell, which will work as a hyperlink, and click hyperlink🇧🇷 in the new window, in Link, just choose one of the options – for example, by clicking on place in this document, the list of worksheets in the current workbook will appear in the right corner, so you can choose one of them.
remove the hyperlink
You can always remove the hyperlink by right-clicking on it again, and then, in the menu that opens, click on remove hyperlink🇧🇷 If you want to edit the hyperlink, click on the corresponding option in the same menu.
Change the order of worksheets
So that you can change the order of a worksheet, click on it and drag it to the position you want. Inform that a small arrow will indicate the position.

To open a range of graphic style options just type the key F11.
Automatic Backup
Excel allows you to set up a backup of your workbooks every time you save data. To activate this function, in the dialog box Save as, go in Tools, trigger General Options and tick the checkbox always create backup.
How many rows and columns does Excel have?
A piece of information you might not know: Excel supports 1.048.576 lines e 16.384 columns (of A a X.F.D.) on each worksheet. If you press the shortcuts Ctrl + PageDown e ctrl, then pressing the arrow pointing to the right of the keyboard, you will be able to see the maximum limit of rows and columns, respectively.
Go to the last cell in the range
Instead of quickly going from one cell to the final cell of the range it belongs to, pressing Ctrl, followed by the keyboard arrow, you can simply double-click on the cell border (on the line separating the cell) closest to the direction you can go.
Calculate age (1)
A curious feature of Excel is that it allows you to calculate the age of a person, using the function INT🇧🇷 Assuming that the cell A1 contains the current date (for example, 11/06/2022) and in the cell B1, the date of birth (for example, 30/03/1992), the formula for the calculation would be as follows: =INT((A1-B1)/365,25)🇧🇷 The result would then be 30 years🇧🇷 To inform you that we use the number 365,25 based on the leap year, which occurs every four years.
Cells that have zero value
When you discover that when you type the number 0 (zero) in a cell, it remains empty, you can always configure Excel to correct this. It's very simple: enter the tab File, click on Options and in the category Forward, choose the section “Display options for this worksheet🇧🇷 Then check the box “Show a zero in cells whose value is zero".
Recommended Graphics
The editors at MenosFios advise the reader to always experiment with the different types and styles of Excel charts, where the application offers an option called Recommended Graphics, which contains suggestions for which charts are best suited based on the selected data types. To activate this feature, after selecting the data in the table, on the Insert tab, click on Recommended Graphics.
